New Members

• Must execute a copy of membership Agreement
• Voted in by a majority of the current Members

Chairman

• 1 year term
• Sets the agenda, arranges the meeting dates
• Maintains and circulates drafts of the specification & records of the Council

Votes

• One tier Membership Structure
• Each member has 1 vote
• Spec approval requires 75% affirmative votes
